Are these the 1/3rd co-witness version?

These sights will offer a lower 1/3rd co-witness with most optics for the 43x/48, along with direct mounted RMR height optics on full size Glock models.

These sights are Glock Gen 5 MOS compatible?

The Night Fision GLK11OGXG Costa Ludus Night Sight Set is not compatible with MOS model Glocks. I'd recommend the TruGlo Tritium Pro Handgun Sight Set, which will fit Gen 5 MOS model Glocks, and can be found by using the link below:
