Is this a suppressor height sight and are all suppressors height soghts the same height

This sight is not suppressor height. Suppressor height sights are going to vary in height depending on the handgun manufacturer.

Yes, the Night Fision Glow Dome Suppressor Height Night Sight Set will work on a Smith and Wesson M&P Performance Center CORE. The Performance Center M&P M2.0 and standard M&P M2.0 will use the same sights.

Yes. The Night Fision Glow Dome Suppressor Height Night Sight Set will work with your Shield as long at you didn't replace your rear sight with a mounting plate. These are also the same height as your original sights.

No it will not. The picture is a stock picture of a Glock version front sight.
