I see 2 different dimensions for the 43x sights. Which one is best for co-witness with a 407k with a C&H MOS plate?

We would recommend our 260-267 height for a lower 1/3rd co-witness, and 220-227 for a lower 1/5th co-witness.

Why are the rear sights on these slightly higher for the Glock 48 MOS vs. the Glock 43X version? Will the 43X version work on the 48?

Yes, the 43x version will also work on the G48. We offer a G48 specific height that matches of the dimensions of our G19 sight set as the two pistols have the same barrel length and sight radius.

Yes they will, as long as the dovetail in front of the optic is Glock pattern.
