The Unimount will only mount onto a Mil Standard 1913 Picatinny rail system.
Mounting height is a matter of personal preference and comfort, so this can be subjective. However, we would recommend a mounting height of 1.125 inches or higher with that particular setup, due to the long action receiver and the carbon fiber barrel.
For this particular set up you may be able to go as low as a 1.00. A 1.44" would work, it may just set you up higher than you would like.
With that optic/rifle setup, you could run the 1.125" Unimount (part number A190). This setup would set you a little high. If you wanted to use rings instead, you could run the 1" Medium rings (part number A101).
The NightForce UltraLight Unimount Rifle Scope Mount that I would recommend for your optic is the 1.5" height. This will allow for clearance of your objective lens and provide a comfortable head position when looking through your optic.
yes, these are designed to work with 30mm body tube optics on any weapons platform.
Yes it will mount to any Picatinny spec rail.
Either the A191 or the A221 would work in this application depending on the height you want. The A191 is 1.375" and the A221 is 1.5"
If you are going to use a Unimount on the rifle, as long as it has a one piece picatinny spec base and not a Weaver spec, then any of them from the 1.125" A190 to the A496 1.5" should work just fine in that application. It all depends on how high you want to mount the scope.
As the Revik PMR has a 34mm scope tube it should work fine.
