The Nighthawk Custom Drop-In 1911 Threaded Barrel will be compatible with your Sig 1911 Fastback. On most production pistols the barrel will drop in and work without any fitting; however, there may be some minor fitting required due to tolerance stacking. The fitting area will most likely be the bottom barrel lugs. You will need to remove just enough material so the pistol goes fully into battery.
