No. The Nightstick SFL series do not strobe.

No. The 590 RM does not have a separate, removable pump handle.

Will this work for a Remington 870 20 gauge ?

No. The SFL-Series is designed to fit the 12GA models of Remington 870 only. It will not fit the smaller diameter 20GA feed tube.

The Nightstick Shotgun Forend LED Light for Remington 870/Tac-14 is only compatible with 12ga models of the Remington 870 and TAC-14.

No, only the standard 2.75" 12GA action. Not the Super Magnum 3.5" action.

Will this fit on. JTS 12 ga pump? JTS 12 ga pump appears to be similar to a Remington 870

From what information I could find the JTS 12 Gauge is compatible with some Remington 870 furniture. So the Nightstick Shotgun Forend LED Light For Remington 870/Tac-14 might work but can't be guaranteed.
