What mount should I get for the Nikon Black FX1000 6-24x50SF illuminated FX-MRAD for a Tikka T3X TAC A1 rifle?

If you are shooting under 500 yards, the 0moa would work fine, if you are shooting over 500 yards, the 20moa would be a better fit.

Which model cantilever mount would work best with a Ruger Precision Rifle ?

The Ruger Precision Rifle already has 20 MOA built into the picatinny rail so MPN: 16403 would be the better option.

How high is the center of the scope rings to the base?
