The Colt Cobra is chambered in .38 Special and the Colt King Cobra is chambered in .357 Magnum. If you have a Colt chambered in 357 Magnum you can shoot .38 Special as well as .357 Magnum. If you have a Colt chambered in .38 Special you cannot shoot .357 Magnum out of it.
