What is this exactly, is this its own thing or is it 5.56x45 or .223? You have answered two questions differently one saying it's 22lr, the other not.

The .22 Nosler Cartridge is different than .223/5.56x45mm and .22LR. It is a centerfire rifle cartridge that is around 300FPS faster than .223 Remington.

No, this is a rifle caliber. The 10/22 will take 22LR.
