Can an anti-rotation handrail, such as a Geissele, fit on this upper? Or is this reinforced and outside Mil Spec dimensions?

It won’t fit…I have a Geissele handguard and noveske gen 3 upper and they do not fit together

Will it accept regular ak47 magazine

This is an upper receiver and it does not interact with the magazine. That will depend on your lower receiver and bolt carrier.

Does this upper receiver include the connecting pins to attach it to my lower receiver or will I need to buy the pins separately?

They are the same item, sometimes we obtain products from more than one source. Some distributors create a different SKU and UPC for the item, necessitating putting it on different pages. I apologize for the confusion.
