The Odin Works Forend Ragna M-lok 17.5" Ar-15 handguard weighs 11.45oz with all hardware. The handguard itself is 8.8oz and hardware is 2.65oz.

No, it will not. The Bear Creek 6.5 Creedmoor is based on the AR-10 platform - the Ragna handguard is only compatible with the AR-15 platform.

The Ragna keymod variant was discontinued by Odin Works. It is only available in M-LOK.

Does this fit the Odin adjustable gas block or do you have to make some modications?

Per Odin Works "All .750 ODIN Works gas blocks fit inside", as long as the gas block is an Odin Works .750 gas block, it should work.
