For use with 7.5 inch ar pistol what buffer and buffer spring would I need

For a 7.5" AR15 I would recommend using an H2/H3 buffer to help mitigate recoil and ensure proper function. I would use the Odin Works Adjustable buffer. It will allow you to change the weight from 3.7oz up to 5.8oz. This will allow you to fine tune your pistol. You can find the buffer using the following link:
