Yes it is compatible. Its a magnet that will stuck extra hard to the back of the flashlight. Along with the pressure switch to mount to any pictanny rail

It should be compatible with both models of the M2R Warrior and pro. As far as being a momentary or constant on switch, you should be able to find that information at olight.com
