No, there is no body armor in this vest and it will not accept armor plates.

Most likely not. The magazine pouches are designed to fit M4/AR-15 magazines.

This vest is adjustable for length and girth (up to 6” length and 32” girth).

Yes, it should fit. This vest has shoulder adjustments that allow for a 6" range of height adjustments.
