I wound have given an extra star or two for their customer service but I'm writing this review on the product. This item is plaged with issues, ranging from not wanting to shut off, not turning on or turning on 5 minutes after you push the on switch. It also doesn't like to emit a beam even though you can see the blue light on inside. I've tried multiple sets of batteries and never fixed the issues. It resulted in having to unmount the laser, pull the batteries, test, remount, to repeat process every time. I was in contact with their customer service and they replaced each defective laser sight, 3 replacement sights later ,after initial purchase, and still have a defective item. I've notified them on the recent replacements defect and washed my hands of the item and will no longer persue another replacement. Cost of return shipping and batteries have almost equalled the original purchase price. Their customer service is excellent but this item just didn't function like it should, 4 different one with same issues....
