Asked ATN they dont claim to make a 4-8 320 scope . They say only spotting scope not for rifle ? Can u explain

What accounts for the varying field of view between the various magnifications? What does the "35mm", mentioned in the title description, pertain to?

The 35mm refers to the objective lens diameter. In terms of field of view variation between magnification, as magnification increase field of view decreases and as magnification decreases field of view increases. You can read more about field of view here:
