Will this fit a Sig Sauer P365 Macro (Compensated) without buying an adapter plate?

No, the Holosun OPMOD HS510C 1x30mm Red Dot Sight is not compatible with your P365. Optic ready P365 model pistols will accept optics with the RMSc or K footprint without the need for an adapter plate. Some direct fit options include the Sig Romeo Zero, Holosun EPS Carry, Holosun 407K/507K, Vortex Defender, Shield RMSc and more.

We hat is the difference between the Black vs the Grey? Are they identical other than color?

Both these models of the Holosun OPMOD HS510C 1x30mm Red Dot Sight are Wolf Grey. The difference between these two models is the reticle illumination color. Model HS510C WG has a red reticle and model HE510C-GR WG has a green reticle.

Will this work on a browning auto 5 ??? If so what mount would I need???

The Holosun OPMOD HS510C 1x30mm Red Dot Sight could be mounted to a Browning A5 if you have a picatinny rail on the receiver. However, we currently do not have a mount for the Browning A5.

Does this run off solar panel ?

The Holosun OPMOD HS510C Red Dot Sight uses both a CR2032 battery and a solar failsafe. The solar panel will power the optic even without a battery installed.

Can the HE510-GR WG be mounted on a pistol picatinny rail?

If you had a flattop picatinny rail on your pistol, the Holosun OPMOD HS510C Red Dot Sight would likely fit, however, due to its size and weight it would cause malfunctions to a pistol with a reciprocating slide. A pistol like the Ruger 22/45 Tactical does not use a reciprocating slide and would fair batter, although the bulk and weight of the optic would make it more difficult to use. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com and let us know what firearm you have, that way we can more easily recommend an optic that will work for you.

How close is this to the magpul grey?

The Holosun OPMOD HS510C Red Dot Sight is not compatible with the P365 X-Macro. You can fit optics with the RMSc or K footprint like the Holosun 407K/507K, Sig Romeo Zero, Sig Romeo Zero Elite, Shield RMSc, Holosun EPS Carry and more.

No. The Holosun OPMOD HS510C Red Dot Sight will retain the factory Holosun Limited Lifetime Warranty.
