You would have to reach out to primary arms for a compatible throw lever.

As mentioned prior there is an option of 2 versions made here by this Manufacturer. https://www.mkmachining.com/product/primary-arms-4-14-pro-series-throw-lever/

I called Primary Arms amazing Customer Service but was informed that they did not make or provide an OEM solution for a throw lever for this Scope/Optic.
