The Sig Sauer OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight mounts to picatinny rail. So the Sig Sauer OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight can be mounted a Ruger Mini 14 if you have a picatinny rail mount. The Sig Sauer OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight would be a good optic for a Ruger Mini 14, depending on what you are wanting to do with that rifle. If you are shooting at relatively close distances the Sig Sauer OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight will work great.

I have a OPMOD Romeo7 (and a Surefire scout light) on a Mini-14,and it works great with the AmegaMounts Mini-Scout-Mount. The mount makes the installation -- it replaces the snap-on handguard, bolts to the gas block in the front, and clamps solidly to the barrel in the rear. It keeps the sight low and out of the way, is absolutely stable and solid, and provides nearly 10" of rail with room to mount other accessories.
