The Sig Sauer OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight would be a good optic for a Ruger Mini 14, depending on what you are wanting to do with that rifle. If you are shooting at relatively close distances the Sig Sauer OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight will work great.

The SIG SAUER OPMOD Romeo7 1x30mm 2 MOA Full Size Red Dot Sight is not available in Black. However, the Sig Sauer Romeo7 standard version at the link below comes in Graphite which is more of a Black finish.
