Will the SRO fit a Sig P320 X5 footprint or do I need an adapter plate

The P320 X5 Legion is only cut for optics with the Deltapoint Pro footprint. Because the SRO uses the RMR footprint, you would need to use an adapter plate. The correct adapter plate can be found linked below:

It will fit provided you get an adapter plate. Trijicon makes one, so does C+H, and several others.

The Trijicon OPMOD SRO Adjustable LED Red Dot Sight is not compatible with the P365 FUSE. This optic uses the full size RMR footprint, while the FUSE will only accept optics with the RMSc or K footprint. Direct fit options include the Shield RMSc, Sig Romeo Zero, Holosun 407K/507K, Vortex Defender CCW and more.
