Will this fit a Colt M4?

This will fit any standard AR-15 upper receiver and will require a low profile gas block. If you have an A2 fixed front sight on your AR then you will need to replace it with a low profile gas block to accommodate this handguard.

No, it will not. This handguard requires a low profile gas block.
