Can elevation and windage be adjusted on the laser?

Yes you can. The set screws are on the outside of the laser, on the right side of the unit are the adjustments for the laser. The windage will be on the side and the elevation will be on top.

The green battle grip has a 500 lumen flashlight and the blue battle grip has 750 lumens.

How many candelas does it produce?

Osprey Global does not provide the Candela measurement for their Battlegrip Laser/Flashlight Combo. I would recommend contacting them directly for more information.
