How exactly is this supposed to be used? Over combat uniform? Over just an undershirt? Under armor? I may need an XL? But it’s not that warm by itself

If you have any 2 XL sizes in Tactical Grey for 149.99 I will take one ASAP! I think a 2X is perfect. I cannot enter my military proof as file to big
