Would these work on the Voodoo tactical ballistic helmet? What rail mount would work with that helmet for the Otto comms headset

The OTTO Engineering NoizeBarrier TAC Helmet Mounts are compatible with top or rear rails on Ops-Core/Team Wendy helmets. The rail system on the Voodoo Tactical Ballistic Helmet looks like it will work but I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility.

No, these are not M-Lok. These are designed to fit Ops-Core or Team Wendy helmet rails.

Will this fit on any OTTO engineering headsets or just the tac?

These rail mount frames snap onto pivot point on NoizeBarrier headset earcups, so it should work for the TAC and the Range NoizeBarrier headsets.

Would either of these fit on the helmet made by Hard Head Veterans? they use a MAGPUL M-LOK® SYSTEM.

These are designed to fit Ops-Core or Team Wendy helmet rails. You would need to contact Hard Headed Veterans to ask about compatibility with those rail systems for fitment.
