The Pachmayr Diamond Pro Series Grip for N frame revolvers, like the S&W 357, is designed for a round butt. So it will fit the S&W 357 as intended.

MPN: 2478 should fit on any J-Frame revolver with a round butt. The S&W 637 is typically a round butt J-Frame.
