Unfortunately, these products are not a generifc S/M/L/XL fit, they are designed to fit specific handguns.

If your handgun is not listed, it is not supported at this time.

Do they have one to fit the XDM compact 45?

The model listed for the "XD/XDM (Full Size Frames)" will work. By full size frames it is more referring to the thickness of the grip as this is not for an XD-S or thinner framed pistols.

Unfortunately no, Pachmayr does not currently make a variant for S&W M&P Compact models other than Shield.
