Will this girp fit the Taurus 85 protector polymer

The Taurus 85 polymer frame is wider to take the pressure than steel frame model 85 but the polymer is still lighter than steel but is to wide for standard grips that fit steel frame model 85's so they will not fit. You have to look for the grips made for wider polymer model 85 taurus. This grip will not fit the polymer frame.

Do this fit the newer models? My grip doesn’t screw on

This does not work with the newer pin-on grips.

No, these are meant for Taurus 85 and will not fit the Taurus Judge Public Defender.
