Will this work with a foldable stock adapter?

A folding stock adapter might work but I recommend contacting Pantheon Arms in regard to the compatibility of the Pantheon Arms Kentri 3.5n AR-15 Short Buffer System and a folding stock adapter.

Yes, the Pantheon Arms Kentri 3.5N AR-15 Short Buffer System is compatible with calibers such as 5.56x45mm, .223 Rem, .300BLK, and 7.62x39mm.

Will this buffer accept Sb mini brace?

The Pantheon Arms Kentri 3.5n AR-15 Short Buffer System has a tube diameter of 1.35" which means it would not be compatible with an SB Mini Brace, which only fits 1.2" to 1.25" tubes.

What pistol braces work with this buffer

The Kentri 3.5n was not made to accept a brace. Most braces require a tube with roughly a 1.2" diameter and the Kentri is 1.35".

Will this item work for AR 15 5.56 pistol?

Yes, the Pantheon Arms Kentri 3.5n Short Buffer System is compatible with Mil-spec AR15 rifles and pistols chambered in 5.56, 7.62x39, and 300 Blackout.

The Pantheon Arms Kentri 3.5n Short Buffer System is not compatible with blowback pistol caliber carbines. It is designed to replace the carbine buffer, spring, and carbine buffer tube for BCG's with a non-integrated bolt.

I have a 5 inch 300 blk I put this 3.5 buffer to system on it and I’m having troubles with shell casings wont eject nor will another round camber
