Does this handguard actually accept M-lok accessories? I have ones that look just like this, but they do not fit M-Lok accessories.

The Pantheon Arms SC 6.56in Round Vented Free-Float Handguard features holes machined into the handguard that are designed to accept M-LOK accessories.
