The interior dimensions for this Pelican VAULT V800 Double Rifle Case are 53.0"x16.0"x6.0". I would recommend measuring your rifles and pistol to ensure proper fitment. Since I do not know the specific dimensions of your rifles, I cannot confirm fitment for you.

I didn’t list the dimensions in my question as I ad already figured the over all length and width were fine. I just want to know (depth wise) can this be accomplished WITHOUT having to cut the foam? No optics on either rifle, iron sights only, will the lid close / lock WITHOUT CUTTING THE FOAM?

No, the internal foam is made in a way that it requires you to cut it to the shape of the firearms your adding to it. It would be very difficult to close it just sandwiching something in there as is. You could swap out the main body foam for a few pieces of egg crate style foam to accomplish what you're trying to do, but that's just added expense.

Yes you can fit two AR-15's into the gun case. I do it when I take my sin shooting. We place an AR-15 5.56MM with optical sights and a .300AAC SBR with optics. I also have several loaded magazines that I arrange inside between the two guns. Yes it works but I do have to "sit on it" so the container closes.
