Is this the same as the pad that comes with the Bulls Eye war muff or an enhanced version?

The PELTOR Hearing Protector 3M/Peltor Replacement Ear Cushions are not the same pads used with the Bull's Eye Muffs. These feature gel sealing rings with a thin polyurethane skin with a double-hump top face design and a silicon gel-filled bladder with a Confor foam backing. They were specifically designed for the COMTAC III ACH Headset but can be used with most 3M Peltor headsets. They are optimized for comfort and may reduce the NRR by 1 decibel.

No, the Peltor GEL HYG Hearing Protector Replacement Ear Cushion will only include 1 pair of gel pads with no backplate.
