Vertex says
There is a pocket in the main compartment with a stiffener in it. It slides right in that existing panel, and there should be little to no difference in the room to store those items.

Technically that depends on where you are putting the panel. That Vertx pack is not one of the models that's listed on this page for compatibility. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can look into dimensions and try to verify an appropriate option for you.

Which one fits the Vertex Gamut EDC backpack ?

If you have the standard Gamut model that is part number: VTX5015 so you will need the model that lists that:
