Yes, this case allows you to keep your phone in it's protective case, but still gives you the ability to use optic-specific or universal optic adapters.

This is technically meant for a Phone Skope adapter. If you have an adapter mounted on your binocular then yes this will work.

What eye piece adapter (if any ) do I need for a kowa tsn 774

Phone Skope does not currently offer a specific eyepiece mount for Kowa TSN-774. They may have a universal eyepiece adapter that will work, please contact us at techsales@opticsplanet.com with the outside diameter of your eyepiece for further assistance.
