Is the casing .308 or 7.62x51? I have a rifle chambered in 7.62x51 and want to ensure that this will run safely.

These will work with 7.62 NATO chambered rifles.

is this ammo a good match for my new Tavor 7 7.62x51mm which calls for 168 gr?

PMC .308 Ammunition will work just fine in anything with the 7.62x51mm designation. This is 147gr not 168gr, but will still be just fine in your Tavor.

Is the bullet lead core, or steel core. I want to use this on a indoor range, and they won't allow steel core bullets.

These are just a regular copper plated, lead core, full metal jacket.

2780, is this from a 20" barrel or 22"? Twist rate of bore. Those running a armor lite. No comment on carbon build up. 2780 seems slow for a 147 gr.
