The top is standard. The button at the bottom for catching the bolt is roughly 3x the size of the mil-spec part.

The lower paddle measures 5/16” wide by 3/16” high.
The upper paddle measures 1/2” high x approximately 3/8 inch wide.

Lower portion is approximately 3/8 inches wide and 7/32” tall.
Upper portion is approximately 3/8 inch wide by 1/2” tall.
