How can this be a “complete“ slide parts kit when there is no sign of a recoil spring?

The Polymer80 PF-Series/Glock Slide Parts Kit does not include a recoil spring. However, the kit at the link below does.

No it will not. You would need a parts kit for the large frames (.45/10mm)
