The Precision Reflex Armorers Barrel Nut Torq Wrench w/Handle is constructed of 3/8" steel with 5 steel tightening pins, can use a 3/8 or a 1/2 driven torque wrench. Will this fit M5E1 .308?

This wrench is a two side wrench on one side it has 4 pins for a 24 hole pattern on a 1.690 diameter bolt circle or .845 radius. Pin diameter is .157.
