The Precision Reflex Low Profile Adj Steel Gas Block is adjusted through the front side of the gas block via the #8-32 adjustment set screw.

I mis-typed: The adjustment screw is on the left side, toward the back (journal shoulder) end of the block.

It's on the side, toward the front end.
