What is this plate's weight and is it flexible

What soft armor panel stops .308 win?

The minimum rating recommended to stop .308 winchester is level III body armor.

This is tested to meet the NIJ ballistic standards for Level IIIA which means it can withstand threats up to .44 Magnum.
