Does the barrel nut have the holes for the gas tube? I can't tell in the pictures?

No, there is not a hole for gas tube. Once you assembled, the gas tube will between the handguard and barrel nut.

Presma does not publish weights for these products. I will provide the weights of their Super Light Series (without the 3, 6, or 9 o'clock rails) below for reference, but you can expect these to be slightly heavier by a few ounces.

What is the inner diameter (width x height)?

Presma lists the inner diameter as 1.35″. They do not list H x W.
