No, the Sniper 15 Slot Duct Cover Mount will only fit Yugo pattern rifles. I would recommend the Midwest Industries Universal AK47/74 Handguard, found by using the link below:

The Sniper 15 Slot Duct Cover Mount is a handguard designed to fit the Yugo 70. It will not include rail covers for the picatinny rail.
