At this time the 3x prism scopes in FDE from Primary Arms are no longer available. There may be more down the road, but you would need to ask Primary Arms if and when that would happen.
The front sight may be visible in the field of view, but it really depends on how you have the entire AR set up. The best option would likely be to mount to the carry handle if you have a carry handle on the AR as well, because the carry handle will also interfere with the field of view if you try to mount this behind it somehow.

This optic will be at the appropriate height to have your sights line up, but they will not line up because the optic will magnify past the front sight on an AR. This means that the front sight will be magnified while the rear sight will not be which means this optic cannot be co-witnessed at all.
