Yes, Prism scopes are one of the best optic variants available for those affected by astigmatism. Prism optics use an etched reticle which makes the reticle easier to see and is less susceptible to distortion. Combined with an adjustable diopter, the etched reticle can be fine-tuned to fit the user’s prescription.
