Yes, it will as long as you get a mount that matches the height of your HD7. I would recommend you measure the height of the red dot from the point where it meets the rail to the center of the red dot window. This height is going to be the height of mount you will require for the magnifier. This mount measures 1.63" and should likely fit, but again i recommend you measure to make sure:

Determining compatibility between red dot optics + Magnifier combinations is dependent that both optics have the same central height. This means the center point of the lens is placed inline with the center point of the red dot. There are several mounting solutions on the market for rising and lowering both the red dot and magnifier. The central height of the Lucid HD7 with the mounting hardware included is 1.75 in, so you will need to find a flip-mount that will place the magnifier inline with 1.75 in.
