Greetings and thank you for your interest in Primary Arms products. This mount places the center of the magnifier 1.64 inches above the top of the 1913 Picatinny rail.

The Holosun HM3XT uses a proprietary mount and features a 36mm tube diameter, making it not compatible with this magnifier mount.

Would this mounting height fit a Aim-O LCO RDS?

The Primary Arms Flip To Side Magnifier Mount is a lower 1/3 height, and your Leupold LCO is an absolute co-witness. You would need to use a small riser for your red dot.

As long as the PRO is at the 1/3rd height, you should be good to go.
