Yes, the 3x Microprism is offered with a reticle which compensates for the bullet drop of the 7.62x39

The BDC as meant to be used accounts for either 16" or 20" barrels because AKs are 16" and SKSs are 20". 8" barrel will probably not impact at the set yardages, but you just gotta shoot it and see how you need to adjust the numbers to suite your specific rifle.
