Greetings and thank you for your interest in Primary Arms. The SLx 25mm red dot includes the low base, a standard riser, and two different height spacers, as well as appropriate mounting hardware. With just the low base, a central height of 0.96” can be achieved. Add the standard riser for 1.41”. With the riser and thin spacer, your central height will be 1.54”. Using the thick spacer will place the optic at 1.64” height.
Yes, the SLx Z-25 and MD-25 are both the same. The mounting hardware included and central height placement: (1) Low Base "LB" - 0.96 in, (1) Riser "R" - 1.41 in (LB + R), (1) Thin Spacer - 1.54 in (LB+R+thin spacer), and (1) Thick Spacer - 1.64 in (LB+R+Thick Spacer). Furthermore, the mounting fitment for this optic is compatible with most micro T2 footprints.
Greetings and thank you for your interest in Primary Arms products. Optics Planet will offer this product as supplies become available.
The Primary Arms SLx-25 Red Dot Sight can only be mounted to a carry handle if you use a picatinny rail mount for AR carry handles, like the NcSTAR AR Carry Handle Mount w/ Picatinny Rail, linked below:

This can be a result of multiple factors including the brightness being too high, reflection from the glass, astigmatism and more. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com for further information/assistance.
The Primary Arms SLx-25 Red Dot Sight does not come with lens covers.
Yes, the lens are zero parallax.
There is no green option available with this sight presently.
I don't know the Butler Creek size, but the objective lens is 25mm. Also, there is an additional anti-reflective device option that screws in for added protection.
This will work with any standard flip up magnifier which we have a variety of and can be found here.
