223 wylde, so yes, you can shoot 556 and 223, but you would "maximize" efficiencies by using 223

Correct the MOD-2 versions do not have forward assists. The MOD-1 have forward assists

Yes it does come with a complete custom M16 BCG. The carrier is integral to the long stroke piston system

Yes, the Primary Weapons Systems MK111 MOD2-M .223 Wylde upper receiver will fit and function with any mil-spec lower receiver such as your Anderson AR-15 lower receiver.

yes. you may need to do some tuning with your buffer weights/gas settings, but it will work (bcg is already compatible)
