what batteries do these use? also i looked up the pro 300 on proears.com website and these were contoured so is this the gold series or something? — 1 Answer

This uses N-size alkaline batteries. Manufacturers frequently only send us one image or set of images for an entire product line, so the images on the product page are not always of the exact item. These are the contoured Pro 300 models.
